Booking and Deposit Policy * **Booking Site:** All appointments must be booked online at **Maizuniga.glossgenius.com**. I do not book via text or DM. * **Deposit:** A **$20 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit** is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your service. * **Agreement:** By paying your deposit, you confirm you have read and agree to all policies. --- 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy * **48-Hour Notice Required:** Please provide a minimum of **48 hours' notice** via the booking system if you need to cancel or reschedule. * **Late Cancellation Fee:** If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a **cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost**. Your deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to this fee. * **One-Time Reschedule:** The deposit may be transferred to **one rescheduled appointment** if the change is made with more than 48 hours' notice. --- 3. Late Arrival Policy * **15-Minute Grace Period:** I offer a **15-minute grace period**. Please aim to arrive on time. * **Late Arrival Fee:** If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, I reserve the right to modify or cancel the appointment entirely. If the appointment is canceled, you forfeit your deposit, and the **50% late cancellation fee** may apply. --- 4. No-Show Policy * **Penalty:** Clients who no-show (fail to arrive without notice) will be charged **100% of the service cost** and will be banned from booking future appointments until the fee is paid. --- 5. Payment Policy * **Accepted Payments:** I accept all **major debit and credit cards** as well as **cash**. * **Non-Accepted Payments:** I **do not accept** payments through third-party apps (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc.). --- 6. Service Guarantee and Foreign Work * **3-Day Fixes:** If you experience any issues (chipping, lifting) within **3 days** of your original service, please contact me immediately for a free fix. Damage reported after 3 days will incur a repair fee. * **Foreign Work Policy:** I **do not guarantee work** over nails done by other technicians. * New clients with existing sets **must book a "Foreign Fill."** * Depending on the condition, you may be required to book a full "take-off" and start with a new "full set". --- 7. Suite Etiquette * **Guests and Children:** You may bring **up to two guests and/or children** with you. * **Mindfulness:** Please be mindful that the **walls are thin**. I kindly ask that you bring an **iPad or tablet** to keep children entertained. * **Complimentary Refreshments:** I have **snacks and refreshments available** to help everyone stay calm and relaxed during the service. --- I look forward to seeing you in my space! ✨Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
